Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering an account, making deposits or withdrawals, claiming bonuses, or engaging in any activity on the 123ky platform.

The terms and conditions set out on this page apply to all players who use the 123ky platform and its services. By registering an account or accessing and playing on the platform, the player is considered to have fully accepted all of these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time and will take effect immediately upon update.

Note: These terms and conditions are an official document written in the Burmese language. In the event of any discrepancy between the language in which you are reading this document and the original language (Burmese), the Burmese version shall prevail.

1 Eligibility Requirements

Age Restriction

Players must be 21 or older to use the 123ky platform. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to register an account or play. We may request proof of age at any time.

Player's Personal Declaration

  • Each player may only register one account in their own name; representing or acting on behalf of another person is not permitted.
  • Personal information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • A player's funds must come from a legitimate source, and no financial laws or regulations may be violated.
  • Regardless of which country or region a player resides in, it is the player's own responsibility to comply with their local laws.

2 Account Registration & Management

Account Registration

Each player may only open one account on the platform under their own name. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be closed and any remaining balances may be withheld without refund. Any bonuses may also be cancelled.

Account Security

Keep your login details (username and password) to yourself and do not share them with anyone. If anyone else accesses and plays on your account, you are fully responsible for all outcomes — wins and losses alike. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.

Account Verification

We may verify a player's identity with supporting documents before any withdrawal or at any time we deem necessary. Players must cooperate with all verification requests; failure to do so may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policies

Deposit

Accepted payment methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits are credited to your account instantly or shortly after, depending on the payment method used.

  • Deposits must be made from the player's own bank account or mobile banking account only.
  • Transfers from a third party's account are not allowed — if this occurs, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.
  • How long deposits take to process depends on the payment service provider handling the transaction.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. We process withdrawals as quickly as possible, so you can normally expect to receive your funds within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

  • If any suspicious withdrawal attempts are detected, a review will be carried out, which may cause processing to take longer.
  • The wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawals may be put on hold until the player's verification is complete.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

When a player makes their first deposit, they receive a bonus equal to 100% of that deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount must be completed.

Example: A 25x wagering requirement means only the bonus amount is counted in the calculation.

Additional Bonus Conditions

  • The welcome bonus is available once per player, per payment method, per IP address and per phone number.
  • The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus; if it is not met within this period, the bonus funds may be forfeited.
  • Bonus funds can be used to play slots and casino games; use of bonus funds for football betting is subject to separate terms.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the deposited funds are used up — deposited funds are spent first, then bonus funds.
  • The player acknowledges that deposited funds lost through gameplay cannot be refunded.

5 VIP Tiers & Cashback Policy

VIP Tiers

123ky has four VIP tiers for players. VIP tier is assigned based on regular play history and deposit volume; contact customer support to find out the exact requirements.

  • Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback bonuses are paid out once a week. Any wagering requirements attached to cashback funds will be stated in our announcements.

Refer a Friend Program

The referring player will receive 10% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per referred player. In addition, the referring player will receive 0.3% of the referred player's valid bet amount as a commission bonus, paid out once per week.

There is no limit on how many players you can refer — you can earn commission no matter how many referrals you make.

6 Player Responsibilities and Prohibited Actions

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Bonus Abuse — changing betting patterns with the intent to extract unnatural profits from bonuses
  • Using software tools or bot systems to bypass access controls
  • Intentionally exploiting platform software bugs during gameplay
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's data network through hacking
  • Making deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering
  • Selling or renting your login credentials to a third party

If any of these violations are detected, we may immediately suspend the account and handle any remaining balance without a refund.

Platform Authority

We reserve the right to review, adjust, or void the results of any game where the outcome was caused by a technical error, incorrect data, or a malfunction that occurred at a critical moment. We will handle any such changes fairly and will not allow any party to benefit from an unfair advantage.

7 Personal Data and Security

Data Collection

Personal information provided by players is handled in accordance with 123ky's Privacy Policy. Player data will not be sold or shared with external third parties and will be used solely to provide gaming services and improve the platform.

SSL Encryption

All financial and personal data transmitted across the platform is protected with SSL encryption, so your information stays secure at all times. Players are also responsible for maintaining their own device protections, such as antivirus software and a secure network connection.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

When We May Close an Account

In the following situations, 123ky may temporarily or permanently close a player's account without prior notice:

  • A clear violation of these terms and conditions is found
  • Submitted information is found to be false or inaccurate
  • There is reasonable suspicion of financial crime or money laundering
  • The player requests to close their own account

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may contact [email protected] at any time to request closure of their account. When closing an account, any remaining balance (funds that have met the wagering requirement) can be withdrawn before the account is closed. 9 Service Changes and Our Responsibilities

Platform Changes

123ky may update or change the platform's games, services, transaction limits, and bonus programs with or without prior notice. Any such changes will be announced on the platform so players can be informed as soon as possible.

Service Continuity

Temporary service interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. 123ky is not responsible for any losses players experience during such interruptions.

Terms & Conditions — Questions and Answers

Only players aged 21 and above may use the 123ky platform. Players must register an account with their own personal details and deposit using official payment methods (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay).

On your first deposit, you will receive a bonus equal to 100% of the amount you deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.

Wagering Requirement is the total amount you must bet before you can withdraw bonus funds. For example — if you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 25x = 500,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn. This wagering must be completed within 30 days.

The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks and the minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
